Conditional logic and file uploads

  • Use conditional logic to show only relevant fields.
  • Keep file upload limits conservative.
  • Allow only required file types.
  • Explain file requirements to the user before upload.
  • Store and delete uploads according to your privacy policy.

HubSpot integration

Forms Pro can sync successful submissions to HubSpot when configured with a private app token. Use HubSpot only when the customer intentionally wants a separate external CRM/marketing handoff.

  2. Paste the private app token in Forms Pro HubSpot settings.
  3. Enable HubSpot sync.
  4. Map lifecycle stage, company and phone fields where required.
  5. Submit a test form and confirm the HubSpot contact is created or updated.

CRM and Bulk Email actions

Forms Pro can create CRM follow-up actions and trigger Bulk Email journeys. Use these for clear business processes only, such as โ€œQuote Request โ†’ create taskโ€ or โ€œNewsletter Signup โ†’ start welcome journeyโ€.

Webhooks and analytics

  • Use webhooks only for trusted endpoints.
  • Never send more personal data than required.
  • Log webhook failures for troubleshooting.
  • Use analytics to improve form conversion and reduce unnecessary fields.

Go-live checklist

  • Take a full file and database backup before installing on a production site.
  • Install on a staging site first when replacing an older build or changing roles.
  • Confirm the required parent plugin is active before activating a Pro or Enterprise add-on.
  • Use a non-admin test user to confirm menu access and permissions.
  • Create one test record, run through the full workflow, and only then import or enable real customer data.
