Small Business Management – CRM Enterprise User Guide
Product: Small Business CRM Enterprise / Small Business Management – CRM Enterprise
Version covered: 1.0.11
This guide explains the daily use of Enterprise dashboards, workspaces, audit logs, API/webhooks and scheduled reports for authorised managers.
Enterprise dashboard
The Enterprise dashboard provides a control layer above the Pro sales tools. Use it for oversight, governance and integration status, not routine salesperson activity.
Workspaces and branches
Workspaces/branches represent operational areas such as branches, regions, departments or managed clients. Keep naming consistent and avoid creating duplicate branches for the same business unit.
Audit logs
Audit logs are for accountability. Review them when investigating unexpected changes, permission issues, integration activity or user access concerns.
- Filter by user, action or date.
- Do not delete logs unless your retention policy allows it.
- Escalate suspicious activity to the site owner or Enterprise Admin.
API keys and webhooks
Only Enterprise Admins should manage API keys and webhook endpoints. Never paste keys into public tickets or support messages.
Scheduled reports
Use scheduled reports for management rhythm: weekly sales review, branch overview, pipeline movement and exception monitoring. Review recipient lists regularly.
Good practice
- Give users the lowest role that lets them do their job.
- Review roles after staff changes.
- Disable unused integrations.
- Test branch access with real non-admin users before launch.
- Keep Enterprise documentation available to managers and administrators.
